General Information

Please note these public tours are conducted in English.

If you are interested in Spanish Language tours, please refer to the Spanish section of the Museum Site where details of tours will be published.

Concessions include: Visitors aged 60 and over, Students with a valid student card and UB40s.

Bookings & Payment

We will not take any payment details during the booking process. You can pay for the tour when you arrive.

Online bookings can be be made until 9:00am on the day of the tour. If you wish to book a tour after 9:00am on the day of your visit, please call 020 8946 6131.

London Pass holders should book through the system as normal and put the words 'London Pass' into the comments section. Upon arrival they must present their pass and no other payment will be collected.

Check-in time and Duration of Tour

Check-in is half an hour before the tour starts. Visits to the tour and museum usually last around two and a half hours, (90 minutes for the tour and an hour for the museum).
