Groups
You can not book tours online for groups of more than 14 persons. For group bookings, please call 020 8946 6131,

General Information
Please note all public tours are conducted in English only.
Concessions include: Visitors aged 60 and over, Students with a valid student card and UB40s.
Bookings & Payment
We will not take any payment details during the booking process. You can pay for the tour when you arrive.
Online bookings can be be made until 9:00am on the day of the tour. If you wish to book a tour after 9:00am on the day of your visit, please call 020 8946 6131.
Check-in time and Duration of Tour
Check-in is half an hour before the tour starts. Visits to the tour and museum usually last around two and a half hours, (90 minutes for the tour and an hour for the museum).
